Consistently courteous staff with good service provided by the staff, and the location was particularly good. The area was market close to railways station, the main Katra market, and bus stand and railways station. We got a room with bidet.

Everything was simply modern. The hotel was located so close to main market, bus stand and railways station, and the centre square of the township. The staff were very helpful people with good service provided by the staff. We walked everywhere, the location was comfortable and unbeatable, to the Shrine. Also, it was 5 min drive from Vaishno Devi.

I got a well-appointed and nicely furnished room with most amenities included, a very good homely breakfast and a comparatively less pleasant view.

This place is fantastic! The location is right on Main Street, which makes it easy to get around. The service is excellent, and the staff takes great care of their customers. They fulfill all requests and provide prompt service. The room amenities such as tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar, and free Wi-Fi in rooms are a plus. The food at the dining restaurant is delicious and offers special diets menus. The leisure spa & wellness centre includes a sauna, jacuzzi, and massage, which is a great way to relax after a long day.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Katra that exceeded my expectations. The hotel's prime location on the main street allowed for easy access to the nearby attractions and markets. The staff was extremely friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with top-quality beds and a breathtaking view of the mountains. Additionally, the breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious and had a great variety of options to choose from. All in all, this hotel provided great value for money and attention to detail.

The hotel has great amenities and is in a prime location, close to the main market area. Their staff are also very helpful and courteous, providing pick up and drop off services. The rooms are spacious, clean, and neat. On arrival, we were given two complimentary items which made our stay more enjoyable. We also appreciated having a heater available in the room during the chilly winter nights.

We experienced a few inconveniences during our stay. The hot water supply was not consistent and we had to contact reception to get it resolved.

Smooth check-in, spacious room, prompt room service, delicious breakfast.
